Global Dynamics (“we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of the Cubikl project-management platform, is committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and safeguard your personal information when you visit cubikl.co.za or otherwise interact with us, and the rights you have. We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

2. The personal information we collect

- Workspace content — the projects, boards, cards, tasks, subtasks, comments, checklists, time-tracking entries and file attachments that you and your team create or upload while using Cubikl.
- Team and client data — details of the team members you invite and the clients you grant portal access to, such as their names and email addresses.
- Communications — the content of enquiries, support requests or messages you send us via our contact form or by email.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically via server logs and cookies.
We only collect information that is adequate, relevant and not excessive for the purposes set out below.
3. How and why we use your information
We process your personal information for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the products, services or information you request;
- To create and administer your account and workspace, and to provide the Cubikl project-management service;
- To store, process and display the projects, tasks and other content you and your team add to your workspace;
- To enable collaboration between your team members and shared access with your clients through the client portal;
- To send you service-related communications, such as account, security and billing notices;
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve our website and platform;
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
We process your information on the basis of your consent, to perform a contract with you, to pursue our legitimate business interests, and/or to comply with the law, as permitted by POPIA. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
4. Providing your information is voluntary
Supplying your personal information is voluntary. However, if you choose not to provide certain information (for example your contact details), we may be unable to respond to your request or provide a particular service.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
- Trusted service providers (operators) who process information on our behalf — for example website hosting, email delivery and analytics providers — under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations;
